By downloading or using ArtAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the Service
ArtAI is a premium iOS application that allows users to generate AI-driven artwork, explore community creations, manage a personal gallery, and organize creative collections with advanced features including resolution control, style curation, and credit-based generation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
4. App Usage
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information when generating artwork, and not misuse or attempt to exploit the app or its AI generation capabilities.
5. User Content & Artwork
You retain full ownership of all artwork you generate using ArtAI. The developer does not claim ownership over your generated images, prompts, or creative data. All content is processed only to provide app functionality and is stored locally on your device.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app, including design, code, logos, AI generation technology, and branding, are owned by Mohamed Masaoudi and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without permission. The AI generation model and technology are proprietary and protected intellectual property.
7. Credit System & Payments
ArtAI uses a credit-based system for artwork generation. Credits are purchased through Apple In-App Purchases. Credit costs vary based on image resolution and complexity. Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple. Pricing and credit costs are displayed clearly before purchase and generation.
8. AI-Generated Content
Users acknowledge that AI-generated artwork may occasionally produce unexpected or unusual results. The developer is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of AI-generated images. Generated artwork is provided on an as-is basis.
9. Offline Functionality
ArtAI requires internet connection for AI generation. Local storage and gallery features work offline. The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, backups, or user actions.
10. Termination
The developer reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or consistent AI generation quality.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for loss of data, business losses, or indirect or incidental damages arising from app use.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement
ArtAI is distributed through Apple's App Store. By using this app, you also agree to Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement, which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's terms shall apply to the extent they govern your use of the app through the App Store.
