By downloading or using Invoicoo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Apple End User License Agreement
Invoicoo is made available through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA").

3. Description of the Service
Invoicoo is a mobile application that allows users to create and manage invoices, generate invoice PDFs, track payments and earnings, and set reminders for due invoices.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
5. App Usage
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information when creating invoices, and not misuse or attempt to exploit the app.
6. User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in the app. The developer does not claim ownership over your invoices or business data. Content is processed only to provide app functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app, including design, code, logos, templates, and branding, are owned by Mohamed Masaoudi and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without permission.
8. Premium Features & Payments
Invoicoo offers an optional Premium upgrade. Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple. Pricing and terms are displayed clearly before purchase.
9. Offline Use
Invoicoo is designed to work offline. The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, backups, or user actions.
10. Termination
The developer reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for loss of data, business losses, or indirect or incidental damages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
