• Use the app lawfully
• Not misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer the app

2. Ritmo Pro (Premium Features)

Ritmo offers an optional Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features such as unlimited habits and advanced focus tools.

• Payment is handled by the Apple App Store
• Prices may vary by region
• You can restore purchases using the Restore Purchases option

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

Ritmo is a productivity and habit-tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The habits and data you enter
• Your own routines, goals, and outcomes

Ritmo is not responsible for missed habits, reminders, or productivity results.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Ritmo reliable and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritmo and its developer are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using Ritmo at any time by deleting the app from your device.
